How can I help your relationship heal?
Ever go to therapy and after its done say to yourself, "that was a bit fake, a bit distant, I really need something more than 'how does that make you feel?' from my therapist"?
I work with couples who are stuck—but not done. You’ve tried the date nights, the books, maybe even therapy before. Still feels like something’s missing. I don’t do scripts or surface fixes. We go deeper. We slow things down. We figure out how to turn the fighting and silence into understanding again.
I work with people who are smart, capable, and exhausted — people who can keep it together on the outside while falling apart inside. You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need space to figure out how to get on the same page as your spouse, and you need someone who can help you get there without the clinical buzzwords or a worksheet. I’ll challenge you and your loved one when you need it, laugh with you when life is absurd, and stay in the hard stuff with you when other people can't. If I have described you, you probably need to give me a call. Probably soon.
